Refund and Returns Policy

All refunds requests are to be made in writing to Darling Downs Eisteddfod Committee and emailed to the committee will review your application and respond to you via email.

All refunds if granted will be made via bank deposit.

Entry fees : competitor withdrawal – a competitor can withdraw and receive a full refund excluding the admin fee as long as the withdrawal is done before entries close on 26th June 2022. Once entries close there are strictly No Refunds

Spectator fees: Full refunds are available on spectator entry fees up to the commencement of the event on 20th August 2022

Sponsorship Invoices must be paid in full and by the due date on the invoice, once advertisement has been made via social media , acknowledge in the program or exposure on the website only the value of 50% paid will be granted prior to the event commencement on 20th August 2022

All merchandise will be exchanged if goods are damaged or faulty when received. Refunds will be granted if products are out of stock. excluding the postage fee

Once the event starts on 20th August 2022 Strictly No Refunds.
