The Darling Downs Eisteddfod has a strictly no refunds policy.
All refunds requests are to be made in writing to Darling Downs Eisteddfod Committee and emailed to ddeisteddfod@gmail.com the committee will review your application and respond to you via email.
All refunds if granted will be made via bank deposit.
Sponsorship Invoices must be paid in full and by the due date on the invoice.
All merchandise will be exchanged if goods are damaged or faulty when received. Refunds will be granted if products are out of stock. excluding the postage fee
